  • Includes all travel from Delhi back to Delhi (5 flights, many days of car travel, some boats, some rickshaws, maybe a camel or donkey, too!)
  • Includes all meals taken with the group, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Vegetarian options always available, meat usually available. You may leave the group to enjoy finer 5-star dining on your own budget, or stay behind at the hotel if you prefer.
  • Includes all guide services.
  • Includes all internal transportation.
  • Includes nightly accomodation in double occupancy rooms with private baths, hot water, electricity, and A/C whenever available. note: We presume all hotels will have running hot water but we cannot guarantee there will be no outages. Where an outage occurs we will provide you with hot water in buckets for bathing. note also: 4 nights accommodation in the mountains while hiking will be more rustic. You will not have running hot water, and you may or may not have an attached bathroom. Hot water is available by the bucket, but electricity may not be.
  • Includes All entrance fees for sites on the itinerary (museums, palaces, Taj Mahal, etc)
  • DOES NOT INCLUDE: Your TOURIST VISA to visit India.
  • DOES NOT INCLUDE: Your INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT to/from Delhi and your home city.

  • DOES NOT INCLUDE: Shopping/souvenirs/personal items.
  • DOES NOT INCLUDE: Extra porters or donkeys for hiking if you choose not to walk.

  • DOES NOT INCLUDE: Film/Photo developing, personal toiletries, snack foods, etc.

    $500 fully refundable until May 1st deposit guarantees a spot. Group limited to 12 guests.
    $500 NON REFUNDABLE due by May 1st so that we can purchase domestic flight tickets and make reservations.
    Complete balance (Total $5000) due by June 15th.

    Personnel: Two guides, two drivers.
    Accommodation: Double occupancy, 3 or 4 star, air-con, attached bath, hot water, electricity.
    Transportation: 5 domestic flights (coach class), two A/C automobiles for most of the daily travel and tours.
    Meals: 3 per day included, pure Jain vegetarian meals always possible. Meat also available at most meals.
    Entrance fees: all included
    Insurance: NOT INCLUDED but recommended - please find a reliable health and travel insurance carrier!


    REMINDERS You must apply and pay for your own Indian Tourist Visa at least a month in advance of the travel!

    You must arrive in Delhi no later than midnight on July 16th and it is better if you arrive much sooner. We can add extra nights accomodation and add on extra tours for July 14th and 15th in Delhi.

    Please consider purchasing travel insurance and health insurance. We can make recommendations if you do not know where to buy coverage.

    Please make your own international travel arrangements. You will be back in Delhi on August 7th, that night's accommodation is included. We recommend you book onward travel on or after August 8th, 2009.
