Some Details:
$5000 total cost all inclusive (from Delhi to Delhi), you must get to India and arrange your own Indian Tourist VISA. Price based on minimum 4 paying clients.
$500 fully refundable until May 1st deposit guarantees a spot. Group limited to 12 guests.
$500 NON REFUNDABLE payment due by May 1st so that we can purchase domestic flight tickets and make reservations.
Complete balance (Total $5000) due by June 15th.
Personnel: Two guides, two drivers.
Accommodation: Double occupancy, 3 or 4 star, A/C, attached bath, hot water, electricity.
Transportation: 5 domestic flights (coach class), two A/C SUV-Jeep type vehicles for most of the daily travel and tours. 4-6 days of hiking
Hiking: 4-7 days in two separate trips (4 at Badrinath, 3 optional at Gangotri). Hiking days are 4-8 hours of walking on well-maintained trails in National Parks. Altitudes range from 8,000 to 18,000 feet (2500 to 5000 meters). Please see the itinerary for more details. note: donkeys and porters are available.
Meals: 3 per day included, pure vegetarian meals (Jain) always possible. Meat also available at most meals.

Insurance: NOT INCLUDED but recommended - please find a reliable health and travel insurance carrier! We require that you sign a waiver before traveling with us.

You must arrive in Delhi no later than midnight on July 16th and it is better if you arrive much sooner. We can add extra nights accommodation and add on extra tours for July 14th and 15th in Delhi.

Please make your own international travel arrangements. You will be back in Delhi on August 7th, that night's accommodation is included. We recommend you book onward travel on or after August 8th, 2009.
