During the day people explore arts and entertainment, socialize, and enjoy costumes and culture. At Dusk most people return to their camp and change into eveningwear, it gets cold at night, you ought to wear glowing lights if you can, and one often needs dinner.
The Man at Dusk: Helping people navigate the dark playa and find their way home for 10 years.
